SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be processed and shipped from our Virginia warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday, orders placed on a holiday will ship the following business day.) If you place your order before 1:00 PM EST, it will ship the same day provided the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will send you an email with an estimated shipping date. We pride ourselves on fast, free shipping from coast to coast. All orders will be shipped via FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. We only ship to the lower 48 United States at this time.

Heavy or oversized orders may be subject to an additional charge. Of course, Orders over $49 will ship free regardless of size or weight. Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 United States.

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Ground. If you are in a hurry to get your item(s), we can ship your package either next day air or 2nd day air. Please contact us before checking out and we will arrange a custom shipping quote for you.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policies

We will gladly accept returns if the item is shipped back unused and in its original retail packaging within 60 days. We will refund the purchase price less shipping (if applicable), or offer an exchange. We cannot accept returns on items which have been opened or used unless they are defective. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
